Allowing a build up of algae and general grime, can over time, severely affect the surface integrity of UPVC - eventually staining it permanently. We recommend cleaning of soffits and fascias around every six months and perhaps more often in areas close to busy roads or farmland. Exposed, North facing buildings can sometimes suffer more from build up of algae and moss. It's worth staying in top of these build-ups perhaps a little more often.
